We had a brilliant stay at a 5, star hotel resort. the swimming pool and spa were top, notch, and the luxurious Simba mattress double beds provided a comfortable night's sleep. the 18, hole golf course was well, maintained and fantastic. the Michelin star restaurant served an incredible full English breakfast and a delicious three, course meal. Valet parking was a free additional extra. the lobby and hallway were beautiful, with helpful staff to assist with luggage. the room service was extremely helpful, and the selection of drinks was fantastic.
Absolutely nothing. No nearby options for dining or shopping.

For the price, this hotel offers great value. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride away from the city center, making it easy to explore. the staff went above and beyond by leaving a bag of drinks and sweets in our room, which was a nice surprise.
There were a few downsides to our stay. the entrance to the hotel had a key code access but we were not given the code in advance, causing some confusion.

The price for our stay was incredibly affordable, especially for New Year's Eve. It saved us a lot of money and allowed us to have a budget-friendly celebration. the location was very convenient, with easy access to the city center. We didn't have to worry about transportation and could easily explore the area on foot. One more advantage was the presence of nearby shops and takeaways, offering a wide variety of delicious and affordable food options.
One major downside was the lack of communication and organization during our check-in process. Despite being promised a flexible check-in time, we arrived to find no one available, and it took a long time to reach someone.

Great value for money, comfortable beds, clean toilets and showers. The hotel owner was helpful and assured the safety of the car park. Close to town, either a short taxi ride or a 20-25 minute walk.
Some improvements needed such as providing air conditioning or fans in the rooms. Plastic cups should be replaced with tea cups for a better experience.
